RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS
Reservations can be made, free of charge, to be put on a waitlist and be contacted once does have kidded. Reservations are first come/first serve. Those on the waitlist will be notified first once the doe has kidded and provided pictures and info regarding the kids sex, confirmation, and price.
You then have the choice to put down a deposit to hold the kid until weaning. We will choose homes based on the best interest and level of care provided for the goats. Kids are weaned between 10-14 weeks.
Housman Acres reserves the right to first choice of kids and the choice to withhold kids, even if a deposit has been made. Deposits are non-refundable unless the seller chooses not to sell - or if the kid becomes unfit to sell.
In this case a full refund of the deposit will be given.
PAYMENT & PICKUP
Deposits & Payments can be made via PayPal, Venmo, check, or cash.

Kids must be picked up within 2 weeks of being weaned.
Total due must be fully paid before goat leaves property
Buyer is responsible for pick-up and/or transport.
Houseman Acres reserves the right to the first buy back option -
regardless of the situation - no exceptions!
